The products purchased will be handed over by AEffecamping (Camping-Life di Ferrari Alberto) to a courier, who will in turn deliver them to the address indicated by the Customer, unless collection in person at our premises is requested.
Each shipment contains exclusively the ordered goods; the receipt or invoice is sent electronically to the email address specified during registration and, for VAT-registered customers, is also made available in their tax drawer.
Camping-Life, pursuant to art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1, of Italian VAT Decree 633/72, which allows the seller in distance selling not to send any fiscal document, recording the sales in the daily takings, sends to private customers only a non-fiscal receipt, and will issue a Delivery Invoice only if specifically requested by the customer at the time of the order; for VAT-registered users a Delivery Invoice is issued.
The goods travel at the customer’s risk, and become the customer’s property when the parcel is handed over to the courier. Shipments damaged and not insured will be refunded by the courier according to the law (1 € per kg). Shipments for which optional insurance has been requested will, at our sole discretion, be replaced or refunded for the value of the damaged goods, or partially refunded if the customer decides to keep the damaged product. The customer has 7 days from delivery to notify us of any transport damage; after 7 days no claims will be accepted. If a specific reservation is not noted on the delivery note or on the courier’s handheld device at the time of collection, in case the parcel is damaged it will not be possible in any way to enforce the optional insurance.
Deliveries of the products will take place on all working days. Delivery of the Products by AEffecamping may be split into multiple shipments, without this entailing any liability for AEffecamping. In the case of split shipments with cash on delivery, the full amount of the order must be paid to the courier upon the first delivery, and nothing else will be due for subsequent shipments.
AEffecamping uses the following carriers for delivery of the products:
SDA, Poste Italiane, GLS, BRT, FEDEX, TNT and others, and is free to use or replace the courier with the one it deems most suitable at its sole discretion.
The couriers normally used do not make prior phone calls nor manage requests for deliveries at specific times. Indicatively, without this creating any obligation for AEffecamping and subject to availability of the products on the market and in stock, as well as any force majeure, the goods will be handed over by AEffecamping to the courier within 48 hours, starting from the first working day following the date of receipt of the order in the case of payment by credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery, and within 48 hours from receipt of the payment in our bank account in the case of payment by bank transfer.
Orders will only be processed when all items are completely available.
If the customer wishes to receive immediately the goods that are available and postpone delivery of products that are not available or on back-order to a later date, they must opt for a double shipment by clearly indicating this request in the order notes; in this case, an additional shipping cost will be charged.
If a “Free Shipping” promotion is active, the second shipment will still be at the customer’s expense.

Delivery times and related costs depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier:

Express courier SDA/GLS/FEDEX/TNT (Italy only): 1–3 working days (2–4 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia).

Express courier BRT (Italy only): 1–3 working days (2–4 days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia).

AEffecamping ships within the EU free movement of goods area (5–15 days) and also to non-EU countries.

For non-EU shipments, delivery times depend almost exclusively on customs procedures and may be up to 60 days.

Cash-on-delivery payments entail an additional cost which varies according to the chosen carrier.
During “Free Shipping” promotions AEffecamping reserves the right to choose the shipping method.
The Customer must check that the parcel is intact, undamaged and not wet.
Only after this check should the Customer accept delivery; after acceptance, no further claims can be made regarding the external condition of the goods delivered in relation to the order placed. If instead there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, or if there is damage as per the above-mentioned conditions, the customer must still accept the goods and raise the claim directly with the carrier by adding the wording “Received with reservation: damaged parcel” on the delivery note, and then send an email to vendite@aeffecamping.it

The prices shown on camping-life.it include VAT. All images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and therefore not binding; the product may show minor differences resulting from changes or updates made by the supplier.

In the event of price changes due to errors or unexpected variations in supplier price lists, AEffecamping reserves the right to cancel the order, even if it has already been paid. In such a case we will contact you within 2–3 days to agree how to proceed (issue of a full refund, order change with additional payment or refund of the difference depending on the requested change).

We reserve the right to accept or reject the orders that are placed and in any case only while stocks last.
We also reserve the right to change the terms of sale at any time.

Products purchased through AEffecamping are subject to the regulations of the Italian Republic on commercial sales, which provide a statutory warranty period of 2 calendar years for private customers and 1 calendar year for businesses.
This warranty applies to products that show non-conformities and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and with due care, that is in compliance with its intended use and with any instructions in the technical documentation supplied, and in accordance with the operating rules indicated.
This warranty does not apply in cases of negligence, improper use or lack of maintenance, connection of the purchased product to electrical systems or any other type of non-compliant installation. The warranty is personal and therefore applies only to the original purchaser, as it is reserved for direct customers and not for traders, resellers, professionals, etc.
Any malfunction of the products must be reported in writing by the customer within the legal deadline at the time the defective product is returned; the return must be previously agreed with the customer care service vendite@aeffecamping.it  .
AEffecamping reserves the right to verify the actual defect reported by the customer and to carry out the replacement only after this check.
The request will be processed only if the following documents are included in the returned parcel: receipt or invoice of purchase, and a copy of the email with the authorization for the return of defective goods issued by our staff.
The costs for returning the goods to the sender remain at the customer’s expense. In specific cases we may agree to cover these costs in the event of SHIPPING ERRORS or NON-CONFORMING GOODS. In all cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer if the RMA request is sent more than 14 days after receipt of the parcel.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to and within the limits of the Italian regulations on distance selling, the customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the ordered goods.
This right applies to all products listed on the Camping-Life.it website, with the explicit exclusion of products delivered sealed and then opened by the customer (liquids, chemicals, etc.). The right of withdrawal does not apply to items not immediately available in stock and therefore ordered from our supplier exclusively for the specific customer, nor to items not listed on the site but ordered from our supplier specifically on customer request.
Again pursuant to the Italian regulations on distance selling, the right of withdrawal is strictly reserved for customers qualifying as “consumers”, i.e. only natural persons who purchase the products for their own use and act for purposes not related to any professional activity possibly carried out, with the exclusion therefore of traders, resellers, professionals, etc.
Procedure for exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within 14 working days, a registered letter with return receipt, or a communication by telegram or telex confirmed by registered letter within the following 48 hours, to the following address:

Camping-Life will arrange the re-credit of the amount relating to the cost of the returned goods within fourteen working days following shipment of the goods by the customer and in any case not before receipt of the returned items.
This operation will be carried out through the credit institution that issued the card used, or by crediting the bank account or PayPal account indicated by the Customer.
The costs for returning the goods to the sender remain at the customer’s expense.
AEffecamping will therefore reject any product returned not properly packed or in any case with methods other than those specified above, as well as any products for which return shipping costs have not already been fully paid by the customer.
AEffecamping will reject any product in the event that the customer has not fully paid the return shipping costs; or where the procedures and deadlines required by law for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been respected; or if the product has not been packed in its original packaging or is not complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally included.
Products returned with opened packaging, or which by their nature, once removed from the packaging, cannot be resold as new (for example motorhome or caravan covers, etc.) will be refunded with a minimum depreciation of 20% of the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products sold by the metre and therefore cut to size (thermal fabrics, seals, etc.) or otherwise customised or modified at the customer’s request.

Privacy

Information notice pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.2003

AEffecamping di Ferrari Alberto, pursuant to the applicable legislation and for the purposes of Italian Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, informs its customers that:

the personal data provided by customers at the time of placing the purchase order and/or filling in the invoice are excluded from the need for consent by the data subject, as they are collected and kept solely on the basis of the tax obligations required by laws, regulations and EU provisions and, in any case, for the sole purpose of allowing the correct fulfilment of the obligations arising from the purchase contract to which the customer is a party and/or for obtaining the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated at the customer’s request.

In particular, AEffecamping di Ferrari Alberto specifies that the personal data provided by its customers will not be used for third-party commercial information purposes, for sending third-party advertising material or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communications, unless prior consent has been expressly given by the Customer.

We guarantee that confidential personal information such as name and surname, phone number, e-mail, address, etc. will not under any circumstances be disclosed to third parties or companies that are not involved in the purchase process, shipping or the possible management of warranty service and not of the product itself.

We have adopted the minimum security measures for the processing of your personal data. We undertake to update and adapt these measures in accordance with any subsequent legislative changes, as well as with technical developments in the sector and the experience gained.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), you may at any time request that your personal data be changed or deleted by writing a registered letter with return receipt to the following address:
