Our goods are shipped only within Italy and to EU countries that adhere to the free movement of goods agreement.

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of standard weights and volumes of the products,
with a weight/volume ratio of 200 kg per 1 cubic metre for GLS/TNT/FEDEX and 250 kg per 1 cubic metre for BRT.

Italy and San Marino excluding Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria:

From 0.1 kg to 3 kg: 8,00 € GLS/TNT/FEDEX

From 3 kg to 10 kg: 11,00 € GLS/TNT/FEDEX

From 10 kg to 20 kg: 15,00 € GLS/TNT/FEDEX

From 20 kg to 30 kg: 20,00 € GLS/TNT/FEDEX

From 30 kg to 100 kg: 25,00 € BRT

Over 100 kg: 50,00 € + 25,00 € for each additional 100 kg BRT

Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria:

From 0.1 kg to 3 kg: 10,00 € GLS/TNT/FEDEX

From 3 kg to 10 kg: 14,00 € GLS/TNT/FEDEX

From 10 kg to 20 kg: 19,00 € GLS/TNT/FEDEX

INSURANCE on transport can be requested through Customer Service at info@aeffecamping.it after placing the order, indicating the order number, or by adding it to the cart like any other item, and has an additional cost of:

5 € from 0 € to 258,23 € – item code 9120

7 € from 258,24 € to 516,46 € – item code 9121

9 € from 516,47 € to 1549,37 € – item code 9122

12 € from 1549,38 € to 2582,28 € – item code 9123

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSURING THE SHIPMENT. IN CASE OF DAMAGED PARCELS AND UNINSURED SHIPPING, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSPORT DAMAGE. THE CUSTOMER MUST NOTE ANY DAMAGE OR TAMPERING TO THE PARCEL ON THE DELIVERY DOCUMENT; IF THIS IS NOT DONE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CONTEST THE DAMAGE AND THEREFORE OBTAIN A REFUND. ANY CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED STRICTLY WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE PARCEL.

GOODS ARE NOT DELIVERED TO UPPER FLOORS.
For any request for delivery of products directly to upper floors, or any other specific requirement related to shipping, the Customer must make an explicit request to AEffecamping through Customer Service info@aeffecamping.it. The cost depends on the weight and size of the product and will be communicated afterwards.
